The book was delivered with in the time frame! It is a used book which is good my me. I do not enjoy that there are 7 stickers on the back of it and I can not remover without hurting the cover… other than that it's good.
Update: it was a real book, and even the right one. It was heavily highlighted and had broken binding. Ecampus offered refund or return.
It was really cheap so I am actually afraid I got ripped off. I will wait and see.
Deceptive sale techniques. Purchased book that ended up being access code. Paid expedited shipping, which did not happen. Item received 18 days after order. Not the original book as ordered but rather a grossly overpriced access code that could have been delivered immediately at the time of purchase. Company waited just long enough for credit card company to process charges.
I had a week to order this book, which was very expensive on every site. It came in time and in great condition. Only downside was Promo codes did not work, lost my points too

Tried 3 different cards and wont accept them. After i got the book, multiple emails to confirm receipt of book, despite having confirmed that already.
Ordered a rental and entered my cc information on 3/14. Not notified until 3/17 that there were "irregularities in payment". Not sure what that means but suggest going into a little more detail. I sent help message by 3 pm central time, no response. Used chat line today 3/18 to get resolved. Landed up having to reorder the book and changing to ebook. No idea how that works so hoping it goes well.

Easy to shop, wish I could have done etext book and probably a better idea due to cost of shipping.
Came in good quality and before the expected date; that being said, I would advise people to not get textbooks for your classes because, at least in my experience, they are rarely used and end up being a waste of money, even if the professor says it's required.
Brilliant. It gave me options to evaluate my expenses for textbook rentals or purchases during my college experience. Some books they have and some don't but very beneficial to scan through or check the status of availability. Price wise was exceptionally reasonable.
As an educator of 10 years, this book has been one of the most helpful of my career. I've had a couple of copies and gifted them to new teachers. This time I ordered 3 to be safe on my intern's second day in my classroom. The copies were more than reasonably priced (way less than I paid in school), in perfect condition, and delivered VERY quickly.
This is the second semester renting from eCampus. The process was simple, the book arrived quickly, and it was in excellent condition. The rental price was much more affordable than buying a new copy. I'll definitely use e campus again for future textbook rental. Highly recommend!

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
