Your 3rd party help is a waste of money and a source of undue stress. The girl in the office was awesome and needed help. I was beginning to feel scammed by the 3 third party people who didn't accomplish anything.

Customer service at location was great, car was good. My complaint is with the website I tried several times to make a reservation and couldn't. In fact the website does not recognize the Ahwatukee, Arizona location which I have been using for years. I finally had to call to make a reser vation

Very friendly staff. Clean establishment. Only issue is it's a small location with seemingly limited stock. Has a key drop box which is a big plus. They called right away the next morning to confirm receipt of car/keys.

All around amazing experience with Enterprise. Working with Elmogheera Hommeida was truly the best service I've ever had. Coordinating the rental and pickup was incredibly easy, and he took the time to clearly explain everything between myself, my insurance, and Enterprise. Hands down the best manager I've worked with.
When I returned the car, he walked me through the entire checkout process and how the deposit refund worked. Extremely polite, professional, and just genuinely great to work with. I would recommend him and this location a million times over.

I was sold insurance I did not want! I bought insurance for 3 days ONLY. However, I was charged for the entire time, 16 days, I had the car. NO ONE told me I had to call and cancel after the 3 day! They suckered me to buy it for 3 days and did not explain the terms. If I bought insurance for 3 days ONLY, why would I want insurance for 16?! I Am Very Upset. They took the money out of my checking account when I turned the car in. I am hearing impaired and did not have my hearing aids on when they sold me the insurance. I told them that!

Great location, outgoing friendly personnel and great service! I like their park on site availability... That's the plus for me. Which is why I rented there many times because it saved me from depending on someone else to take or pick me up since I don't usually have.
