This was my first or with Garage Basics and I found plenty of reasons to order from them again. They were responsive to any questions or feedback and shipping was much faster than I expected...a few days.
Order for panels of proslat and some extra trim. Responses were quick and shopping was just as quick.
Poor follow up communication. Item purchase 12/26 and hasn't shipped yet.

Called for samples of the colors we wanted, blue, black, white, grey, and came in 3 days, then ordered for RTS INC race shop in NC and entire order arrived within that week! Super HAPPY

I had an older style tile in my garage and could only hope that someone would still carry my tile from decades ago. Well, they had them and sent them right out the next day at a great price. I don't argue with success. I'm very happy with my experience.
We had wanted to order some garage cabinets and had a bunch of questions and needed help with design. The staff at Garage Basics were super-responsive and assisted us through every step of the process until we received our cabinets which fit like a glove and looked exactly like we had imagined they would - just an overall pleasant experience which is very rare these days!
