Garden OB/GYN

I regret going here for checkups during my first trimester. My experience was the worst. The doctor was cold most of the time came across as rude. This is my first pregnancy so I have a lot of questions and my doctor here made me felt like stupid for asking those question. Good thing, I have found a better OBGYN near my place so I didn't have to deal with this kind negativity every prenatal checkup. I just wanted to warn other moms-to-be how awful this place is.

The people here were totally indifferent. They don't have feelings for the patients or care for them genuinely. I think all the are interested in is how too they can get done with a patient.

DO NOT COME HERE, OR ANY GARDEN OBGYN'S. If you want to avoid getting ripped off with multiple copays & insurance scams then don't come here. I work in the medical field, & saw what this horrible company & the employees were doing from my 2nd appointment. They make you go to multiple locations, claiming that one location can only do majority of testing such as the anatomy scans, this was the Lake Success office for me. What they don't tell you is, you'll be charged for a specialist fee for seeing the " OB " all bc a MFM Dr. is onsite, even if you're not high risk you'll pay a co pay as if you are, and they will try to give you 2 appointments a month between both locations. Two appointments a month is not necessary if you're not high risk, don't be fooled! I paid a $115. Co pay, which the receptionist at Lake Success told me was for the specialist & a regular co pay fee. When I asked why 2 co pays, she couldn't explain. I asked for a receipt & saw they charged me for a sonogram & a specialist co pay... I also never saw a Dr. during my 3 appointments with this company, only a PA. First time moms don't get taken advantage by these people. They will try to get you do a sonogram & additionally unnecessary testing at each appointment for the insurance money, eventually your insurance will reach a limit & you'll be paying out of pocket! This company is disgusting, I'm so glad I switched.
