Covid- 19 Test Options

The test was on December 19,2020 in Cypress, California; results were expected in 5-7 days because of a backlog and the upcoming holidays. Today is January 20,2021 - NO RESULTS. Amanda, the manager in charge of complaints, emailed on January 11 -- after we had left 4 messages -- and said she found the test and would have the "results department" email them. If she can email that the results were found, how come she cannot just email the results? How can we trust the test to be accurate when apparently sending an email takes 10 days? They may have test appointments available, but if your experience is like mine, wait a day or two and get tested somewhere else.

My test results are now irrelevant. My PCR results have taken so long that I have exceeded my CDC recommended quarantine period.

Do not use this service if you are being tested so that you can go on holiday or attend school/camps or resume work ASAP.

As per CDC guidelines, I was tested on day 5 after exposure. My test was in June 2021 at Mission Viejo. It is now day 12 since my test, and I still have no PCR results.

I have been told the website was down for a period and just that they are really busy due to a spike in testing as a result of the delta variant. They told me that it's now typically 7+ BUSINESS days before they can return a test. On a positive, their staff & customer service are polite and pleasant.

I know 8 other people that were tested at different local services after me and they have all received their results.

I paid $99 on their website for 1 test, then when I attended, I was told that I could actually get it covered by healthcare (so I had 2 additional family members tested at the same time).

It was a waste of time and money.
