I paid ASOS extra for premium delivery which guarantees orders arrive the next day. Of my first three orders one arrived on time, two arrived more than two days late. My fourth order, placed on Tuesday, still hasn't arrived now, Saturday, despite being guaranteed to deliver on Wednesday. Hermes have lost the parcel and ASOS can't and won't do a thing. I have emailed them and tweeted them five times and I've been ignored every time. I've also messaged Hermes and they've ignored me too.
The last communication I had was from Hermes saying "Sorry we can't deliver your parcel today". That was it. Hilarious.
If you think it's faster to buy from ASOS than anywhere else, you're sorely mistaken.

Avoid like the plague which is in fact more fun and less injurious to your health than dealing with these two cowboy outfits.
Bought over a thousand $ shoes. Got faulty with scratches and stains. Took a picture and wrote them straight away( I had a proof of delivery time) within an hour or so(Had proves too). They refused to exchange refund or repair! At the same time they were soooo rude and unprofessional that I will NEVER buy anything from them again and make sure that I will tell about it as many people as possible. Their stuff doesn't cost your money time and stress.
The Hermes shop in Florence is best avoided! They failed to provide an estimate for the restoration of a watch, they failed to read and reply to emails - the Manager can't access the internet!? They were unable to tell me where my watch was, they sent it for repair, which it did NOT require - it was simply the leather casing which needed attention - a farce of a shop which turned into a nightmare. The person responsible for monitoring this was never in the shop on the multiple occasions I went in, the manager completely unhelpful, useless - and the staff hopeless but decorative modelling their Hermes scarves!
I ordered a birthday gift with 2 day fedex shipping I contacted Hermes by email when the gift did not arrive. They assured me it would be there next day. It did not. It apparently requires a signature and I waited. No delivery or note from a fedex attempt.
The gift arrived after my husbands birthday. I contacted Hermes several times and they refused to take off the delivery fee. Customer service is poor and rude. I will no longer patronize this business.In addition, I asked for a box and it was a dented White box- no ribbon and poor quality tissue paper. Not what one would expect from Hermes.

There are a lot of rubbish delivery companies out there but I find that Hermes are one of the best. I have always had my deliveries on time and pick up/collection is easy. I would recommend Hermes above the others.
Removed the protective tape on a metal bracelet and there were scratches Underneath. This is a $640 bracelet with damages from the manufacturer. Customer service was rude and completely unaccommodating
We at Wellington would like to get our lives back and these idiots will not stay on track! I tell you, if you see that sign ever put up in your neighborhood, BEWARE or be prepared for a very long process
I ordered Sandals for CHF 750, which I had to pay upfront, and received used sandals. After stating the reason of my return that the sandals are clearly not the quality they should be, Hermes customer service called me and told me that because I had worn the sandals they cannot take them back and I won't receive a refund. They could not prove to me that the sandals left Hermes in a new state because they didn't take any pictures.
Very, very frustrated and disappointed. Will pursue this legally but the quality assurance is definitely not guaranteed and the service is bad.
I very like the Hermes belt! It's high quality, but a very high price. My belt is 1.20m long, 4cm wide. I have 3 Hermes belts. And if you need a quality belt then do not spare money for it, then you will wear it for several years, not once
I have order on line items for Mother's Day pay extra for quick delivery is now one week after Mother's Day cant get hold of anybody from customer service this is despicable the worst most arrogant company ever i will never shop with you ever
