HisRoom offers many brands and styles of underwear. My order of Obviously brand underwear was easy to place online. The sizing chart is helpful and the items I ordered fit great. I think this brand runs small, so I ordered size medium for a 33 inch waist. Order delivery was within the time promised. So far my underwear is holding up to permanent press cold water machine washing, the elastic in waist is still as if new, colors are true and I will order again in the future.
Unfortunately it was delivered at open old address which I cannot physically get to as I have Parkinson's disease. So I am stuck in a quandary.
The socks i ordered fit my feet just right. Though the delivery was delayed, it was well worth it for the price and quality.
Ordered men's flannel PJ top. Item shipped was a cotton PJ top, but not Flannel. Called customer Svc to return top, requesting paid return shipping and request was declined. Had to pay to return shipping for merchandise that was not as described. Not ordering from here again.
Hello Susan - We confirmed with the manufacturer that the sale top you ordered is flannel. Your complaint was also posted after our 30 day return policy. We did, however, make an exception and accepted your return.

I've used Gold Toe socks for many years. The last few times some of the socks had premature runs. I'm afraid like everything else, the quality is not the same as older ones.
I received part of my order promptly; after multiple updates, I am still waiting for items that are now on backorder.

It's current status is shipping the week of 4-15-25. The good news is that you will get your item wheras no other website will display that this item is available for purchase. I ordered several mens underwear for Christmas gifts and the last pair just showed up a few weeks ago. It is now the first of April and my original order was placed back in December. Some how this should have been spoken of to me when I placed my order. Not a fan of how long it takes to get items purchased.

Our records show we kept you informed with 7 shipping updates from the vendor along with the option to cancel. You chose to continue to wait. The good news is the vendor finally was able to ship the item to us and we shipped it out to you the same day of receipt - 3-1-25. No other ecommerce company would have so diligently worked to get this item for you. This is what we feel makes us different and better than other sites.
