HisRoom offers many brands and styles of underwear. My order of Obviously brand underwear was easy to place online. The sizing chart is helpful and the items I ordered fit great. I think this brand runs small, so I ordered size medium for a 33 inch waist. Order delivery was within the time promised. So far my underwear is holding up to permanent press cold water machine washing, the elastic in waist is still as if new, colors are true and I will order again in the future.

I have NOT received my order yet

Unfortunately it was delivered at open old address which I cannot physically get to as I have Parkinson's disease. So I am stuck in a quandary.

Hello Frank - Our records show you selected the address that the package arrived at. All our emails stated the address for delivery and you did not notify us of any problem. Ordered men's flannel PJ top. Item shipped was a cotton PJ top, but not Flannel. Called customer Svc to return top, requesting paid return shipping and request was declined. Had to pay to return shipping for merchandise that was not as described. Not ordering from here again.
