Homechoice allowed someone to open a fraudulent account using my details. On making them aware they did their reviews and confirmed it was indeed fraud. That way October 2020. Now September 2021, 11 months later they still haven't closed nor notified credit bureau as they had promised. I have never had any dealings with them. They are fraud, the whole company.
I received the wrong order. I send them an sms as I'm suppose to. The lady who called didn't help me at all, she was grumpy then drop the call without giving me instructions of returning the item. I'm not happy at all. I've been trying to contact them but nothing is helpful. I'm never buying anything to this company in the future.
I closed my account in 2021 and have a paid up letter. I have called several times and sent emails instructing them to close this account so that no further purchases can go against the account or my ID/previous account. Every 6 months, someone at Homechoice makes a purchase, I have to call and cancel the order as it is fraudulently created. I suspect it is an internal job. Why can't they take instruction and close the account? I will never buy from there hence I want them to close it. They have kept it open so that their staff can make fraudulent purchases on it. Homechoice is the worst company ever! I would advise people not to buy online from Homechoice. Their customer experience is horrible!
I bought items from homechoice in May. I never took delivery of the items, they were delivered to the wrong address and subsequently returned to the seller the same week. I requested a refund as it was a cash purchase. Since May, they have been giving me the run around and now they are just ignoring my emails and calls and I still do not have my money. It is theft and I have contacted my lawyers to issue a letter of demand as this is unacceptable.
Homechoice have poor customer service, i ordered last week on the 19 of Oct and made a payment same day but even today I have not received my order trying calling they're not helping but they took my money Useless company!
I been calling since mid February 2021 but no1 is assisting me. I paid up my account and I I forwarded my paid up letter to contact center so that my my account can be updated at credit bureau. I been calling everyday so that I can speak to the manager I was told the manager will call me. Agents are rude and customer service is very poor
2 out of 3 of thebparcels that comes in my order was said it is delivered on sms and we didn't receive it. The customer service just escalate when you phone and they do not come back to you. Their fraudline takes a month to help you and the supervisor and manager are never available to speak to clients.
Homechoice sales personnel are harassing me everyday. They call me everyday twice or three times. They call me everyday as if I owe them some money. Please homechoice stop calling me and remove my name on your database. I bought from you ten years back ago but you are still calling me everyday as if I owe you. Please stop this nonsense. It is so annoying. I will never buy anything from you because buying from you seems like a crime.
I wouldn't advice anyone to shop at homechoice. In December I ordered two blankets and the never arrived, when I called to enquire I was told they were delivered and signed by a lady I don't even know. Up to this day homechoice is quiet and no one is attending to my case as an investigation was opened. I am so disappointed I never expected this from homechoice and I am closing my account with them
I settled my account they informed me it will take 24 to 48 hours until I can receive the closure of the account letter. More than 48 hours later I have not received my account confirmation letter. Every single person I have spoken to has given different stories, different turnaround times. A call cannot be transferred to a supervisor or manager HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. I was promised the Supervisor will phone me back. 15 hours later no phone call.
