Wanted to change clothes I bought from these cowboys. Emailed and tried ringing. Got email back about 10 days later saying goods have to be exchanged within 7 days of been delivered. Basically spent 200 euro on clothes that didn't fit and I couldn't exchange
Do not order ANYTHING from Luxury Locker. They have their own website, Instagram and are on Tradesy. I ordered a Chanel purse, and what I received was not as advertised.
After paying 2 grand, they sent me A FAKE CHANEL PURSE! It did not have the same code as provided, did not have "Made In France" mark, and the zipper was plastic! In the photo, the zipper was leather, and the purse advertised was authentic. The bag I received was flimsy and obviously made of cardboard. The chain was plastic! Like if you're gonna say you sell "100% authentic bags" atleast try. NOT THIS FAKE PLASTIC CARD BOARD BAG.
