I was having trouble obtaining a SSL certificate and using my website because I had lost my 39 year old daughter who was helping me due to colon cancer and I could not continue to promote my company or even send an invoice. Then I had open heart surgery that saved my life. So after 2 years of rehab I tried to advertise again but could not do so. I called several companies without success. However, the person who answered my call Aries was so understanding and helpful and he activated two domain names for me, which was great, and by contrast I called several other companies who could not help. He was the best ever as stated above.

After we regretted deleting our website, I called NS in the hope that our web data was not deleted. A very friendly and helpful representative named Roniel assisted us with resurrecting the website. There were several issues, one caused by our credit card, which extended the time it took to resolve the website issue. It was done, website is up and running, thanks to Roniel and his knowledge and patience.! First used NS in 2012, or thereabouts, and have received nothing but good customer service from this company.
Getting this website ready to launch has been a difficult and time consuming process. I prepared files of project photographs and when they were set into the website. There were all kinds of problems. The wrong photos showed up in labeled project files... even though they were in the correct files I prepared. Karina got it all right... and I hope now that the website is launched, all the corrections will still be there. She was thorough, precise, helpful and hopefully 100% effective... which remains to be seen once the website can be viewed. We worked together from 12:20 to 2:45 PM (LA time) and Karina never lost her patience and got everything we discussed set correctly. I appreciate her commitment.

After 2 days of dealing with very frustrating Chat and phone sales people I never got resolved what I needed. It wasnt until I spoke with billing and Sam helped me resolve everything. I have been your customer for over 35 years. I have experienced a lot of problems with WEB. Com and so glad you went back to Network solutions. Today FINALLY I was able to renew 2 of my 4 domains. And feel very confident thanks to Sam that my future problems with the company will be resolved when renewing and hosting and SSL.

When two customers servers rejected our emails we contacted Network Solutions support.
The first support guy was unfamiliar with our specific problem and instead of addressing it, tried to sell us other services, which appeared to us to be irrelevant. The line dropped when he tried to transfer us to someone with more expertise. We called again and Dex responded thoroughly and knowledgeably. He stayed with us, including calling us back, until he had resolved the issues, and explained the further steps we needed to take. Good job Dex!
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
