I paid 28.00 CAD to have phone unlocked. Then the next day they wanted an additional 75.00 CAD. I of course did not pay, because then they will probably ask for more. Plus I can get it done for half that price. Asked for my money back; they would not give it.
Vodafone should unlock your phone for free but direct you to this site. Is that legal? You pay a fee of approx £7 with no indication that a further fee of £29 is required to complete the process. Finally, the whole process took nearly four weeks. Outrageous and another reason I am no longer a Vodafone customer. Once it came through, it worked.
This company is a joke and shady as can be. Here it is a week later and $80 out of pocket which i couldn't afford in the first place. Cannot get a decent response from customer support. Tired of companies screwing the consumer over. Been waiting for ever to get this phone unlocked 🔓. I'm starting to wonder if I messed up using this company. Quite a bad and long experience. I led to believe it was about £10.00 but the through the process I had to pay a further £34.00 to complete the unlocking process which took 5 days in total.
Complete scammers asked to pay £7-99 plus vat to unlock my phone they then said the unlock code was ready and they wanted a further £38 pound to give me the unlock code

Very dissatisfied with this service as I only found out part way through that phones can be unlocked for free in Canada though any major service provider. Unlocked a phone about half way through and their checks can't even detect that the phone has already been unlocked. They're basically stealing money from people who don't know any better which is what happened to me. I would never recommend this to anyone ever.
Total scam. I ordered iphone 14 Pro Max Verizon unlock.I paid for it twice. They checked my IMEI and promised to unlock it. As result-I was waiting for a month and unlock was unsuccessful. They refused money return. I paid $72 and they returned me only $20. Don't recommend them. Be aware - you'll lose your money.
Found website through Google wanting to unlock my daughters phone. Initially was going to cost $35. Figured that's a fair deal so we proceed. Well this is where it's all wrong, you wait 24-36 hours before you get an email stating your unlock is ready, open that email up to find it's going to cost you another $85. $120 total and a horrible deal. You guys are crooks, hope karma gets you for misleading people like you are. Enjoy your free $35, you can shove it cause you ain't getting the other $85. Strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere!
When you look at their site you are led to believe for a charge of £19.99 you'll receive an unlock code, how wrong can you be, within a few hours you'll receive an email saying your code is ready click this link, that's when they hit you with it's going to cost you another £59 to release th code.
The site is misleading, I have reported it to trading services, I doubt I'll get a refund, my only advice is don't be a mug like me, there are far cheaper ways of unlocking a phone
