I returned a couple items because the quality wasn't up to par. I also exchanged an item with the return. I haven't received the exchanged item yet - it's been 3 weeks. I'm happy with the items I kept, it can be hit or miss.

I really love this bracelet! It can go with dressy clothes or with a pair of jeans. I purchased one as a gift and just had to own one too!

I experienced the most helpful and pleasant service from Aly ext. 346. She always finds the best price and discounts available. I know she looks for the great sales and keeps me informed of up coming events. I'm pleased to say I have always received this level of service starting with Ann Marie ext. 394 and continues to this day.

I have purchased many items--earrings, necklaces--and have been very pleased with the quality and designs. I find it very helpful that you provide photos of the ladies wearing the item. It gives perspective that description alone doesn't provide--such as a heart is 1/4" wide.

Ordered 3 pieces of silver/gold jewelry. Silver was not shiny at all.very dull. Gold was not shiny or gold colored. All pieces looked like old costume jewelry

There was no certificate verifying this. 50 carat diamond pendant is a natural diamond and not lab grown. It was advertised onlin as a diamond but i expected a document with the order verifying natural diamond.

Always enjoy receiving an order that I placed earlier than expected. I am very satisfied with the quality of the black onyx earrings. They will wonderful with some of my other black onyx pieces.

I was surprised to see that the cross was not solid block but hollow in the back. That was not really apparent from the pictures. The size was what I was looking for but considering it was very small I feel the price was slightly high considering the cross was not solid

I ordered a Sterling Silver. 50 Scattered Diamond ring. I received it. The stones were cloudy. I returned it. They sent me an exchange. It was worse than the first one I got. I returned it for a second time. Disappointed in the quality!

The pro bracelet was too small for the recipient. I have processed a return and do not see my refund or any indication. Please assist.

According to a recent audit, about two thirds of all USPS shipments are misrouted. This one went from Rhode Island to North Carolina via Phoenix, AZ, arriving two days late. The quality of the merchandise is first rate but Ross-Simons must stop using USPS for delivery.

Wanted a locket to wear as a remembrance of husband who died Sept 24, my birthday. Please may I have a 10% discount so I can buy the same ecklace for my daughter?

The necklace appears much larger in the product photos than it is in real life. In fact, managing the tiny lobster clasp to put the necklace on is near impossible as it is so small and light. Not worth the cost.

The delivery was on time & wrapped perfectly in a larger box no one would know it had jewelry inside. The only surprise, I thought it would require a signature when delivered. Ross Simon's jewelry is never disappointing.
