Purchased a set of tires from simpletire. I paid for the tires and money was taken from my account. A few days later I receive an email stating my tires are out of stock and a refund has been processed. I checked online and my exact tires were still in stock, they changed the prices to a higher amount. I talked with customer service for half an hour to no avail. Long story short, tires were purchased, they changed the pricing so they canceled my order, told me they were out of stock when they were not. Told me I could reorder at the adjusted inflated price. Then said my refund would take 5 to 7 days to process. Horrible company, will never do business with again.
Tried 4 times to order a tire for a customer of mine all three times they cancelled the next day. Come to find out they didnt reconize our business card, but of course customer service cannt see that. Dont waste your time
Website says "guaranteed 1 day shipping" what it neglects to say is "1 day shipping from the order being picked" so it took 4 days to get my tires not 1.
I ordered 2 295/25/28 tires new and received 2 recapped. They refuse to send new tire just recapped. This happened 3 times
Purchased tires at an amazing price with labor day discount and brand discount with no trouble, "in stock". Then I was informed days later they were out of stock and to shop again. Well, the whole brand is out of stock (probably because of the 20% discount) and labor day discount is over! Feel scammed. Now I'm paying a hundred bucks more at Walmart for similar tires. Installed.
MISREPRESENTATION
The site clearly shows the Nexen Winterspike 3 with studs on all of the web pages. The only disclaimer is the wheel is not included. The tires are NOT studded. SimpleTire claims no responsibility and will not pay for installing studs. I expected to receive what was advertised. Sadly, SimpleTire, NEVER again.

I purchased a set of Toyo open Country tires for my truck. After about a month, the sidewall blew out on one of the tires. It put me in a very dangerous situation just to put the spare on. I contacted Simple Tire and they told me that because I installed the tire, I had to go to a tire dealer and get in writing from them their opinion of the defect.
I traveled 60 miles round trip into town and the tire dealer upon close examination of the tire stated in writing that it was definitely a defective sidewall from the Toyo Factory. I sent this to Simple Tire and they said that I now. Had to take it to a Toyo tire dealer. This is totally bulloney! I was a tire dealer for many years and I know a defect when I see one. Toyo refused to replace the tire, and Simple Tire did not stand up for me and replace the tire free of all charges. I will never buy another tire from Simple Tire and I would hope that others would learn from my terrible experience with both Simple Tire and Toyo and never buy from either of them. It has now been about 6 months and I don't have any photos, the proof of purchase, etc. So Site Jabber may give me a low credibility score, but what I say is true, so think for yourselves.
My problem with Simple Tire is that just like most online merchants, they don't have to operate like a brick and mortar business. I bought a set of Toyo tires from Simple Tire and got what I feel is a defective tire. With less than 2000 miles on the tires, the sidewall clearly let loose on one of the tires. I did not hit anything or run over anything. The tread on the tire is completely perfect with absolutely no signs of punctures. The tire was inflated to the specified pressure using a very accurate (and expensive) tire gauge. What is obvious is that all of the sidewall's threads are broken.
Simple Tire has danced around the issue and tells me that I need to go to an "Authorized Toyo Dealer" and present my case. I thought I purchased my tire from an "Authorized Toyo Dealer"? --Simple Tire.
I told them to send me an RMA postage tag to send the (defective tire/evidence) back to them for review. They emphatically refused to do so. I think this is highly unethical behavior for any business, either brick and mortar or online.
Great prices online. Even better customer service! Awesome place to purchase tires, order was painless, shipping was quick and free. Best thing, tires priced well and looked extremely well, with a nice warranty!
You cant cancel your order within 30 mins. Thats a lie. When checking out I ask them to ship the tires to my home and instead they are Shipping them to just a random zip code in the state of TX. I don't live in TX. Got a hold of SimpleTire and was able to fix the websites mistake.
I ordered 255 /70 r 18 Firestone les destination tires on their memorial sale, four days and ya later I got them and they were 235 iron man brand, not even the right brand or size so how could they mix this up, then when I called customer service sbout the order ( make sure u have your order number). They tell me that the tires I ordered are out of stock. I will never order online again and especially not with them. This is simple bait n switch! Don't advertise what u are not willing to sell, they wasted my time, energy and money, this was my day off so was wanting to get them installed. Such carelessness from a tire company, I was so disappointed now I have to find tires somewhere and take off time to get them installed while my money 💴 is helled up in a 5 day refund process. My cousin was gonna order her suv tires from here, I told her about my experience, she went to Walmart and she is glad.
Answer: If you look on the sidewall you will find the date stanped in on one side.It will be a 4 digit number, the first 2 numbers are the week and the second 2 are the year. Ex. 4919 would be the 49th week of 2019

Answer: Stock is rotated and exchanged within a reasonable time frame from production dates.
Answer: They sell old, outdated junk tires. I don't think they realize that they are responsible if one blows out.
