I loved this dress, but it arrived over a week after the expected due date. I ordered it back at the beginning of February, with an expected arrival time between March 4-8. It didn't get here until the 18th of March. Other than that, the dress was so pretty and fit perfectly.
I ordered the dance dress dress, Order #SM*******042, never received it. Customer service kept urging me to call the postal service. I did. Twice. Learned it was delivered to an address in California, I live in North Carolina. Opposite side of the country.
My daughter desperately want this dress for her prom which is in 6 weeks.
We ordered from Stacee's last year and had a great experience with that purchase. I hopeful the previous order will be refunded and this order delivered promptly.

I got this dress for a black tie wedding and it was fantastic. I opted for the custom sizing and it was perfect and came in the amount of time they said (maybe even quicker I think). The fabric was amazing quality and the color was beautiful. I have a bit of a belly and it completely hid it and I got nothing but compliments all night. Also the pockets were a fabulous bonus!

This is the second dress i have ordered, i ordered a hocos dress and it turned out beautiful and fit amazing. Which led me to purchase my prom dress from the same site, which did not disappoint their email for more true to size measurements shows the care for the outcome of their dresses

Ordering the dress was fantastic. They really attempted to pay attention to detail. However the dress was too small and I'm reordering it. I'm attempting to return the first one and it has not been an easy task.

After ordering online I was a little skeptical since the dress was being made overseas. I had already ordered something from another companies website and it was never delivered.
Within an hour of ordering the dress I received an email from their customer service department confirming my order, asking for specific measurements to ensure proper fit and asking for the specific date I needed the dress. I was pleasantly surprised there was an actual human who cared and was going to make sure I received my order time. The order arrived with plenty of time to have the dress steamed at my local drycleaner before the day I needed to wear it. Very happy customer.

I am between a 0 and 2 depending on the dress. The first dress I ordered was custom and fit perfectly. The second dress was a standard size 2 and I planned to get it altered due to timing. ( I am 5 feet even.)I couldn't zip the dress passed my waist. Had to order another one. Went with custom size. Hopefully it will arrive before I need it!
