I wish this let me give ZERO Star because honestly, they do not deserve 1 star. Your jewelry will never ship to you on the date they tell you. Per their shipping policy, US orders are supposed to ship within 2-3 business days. I placed an order on 01/14/2025 and until today 01/25/2025 my order has never been shipped out. I placed so many calls out to them, spoke with Karen, she has no clue about customer service or telling customers the truth about manufacturing or shipping the products they sell. Also, chat with Sean neither have a clue on when order will be shipped out. I agree with the last review that It's an outside company that produces all of their products. They always tell the customer they will contact production and will update you, don't get fooled by that you will never receive an update. Would never suggest buying anything from this so called jewelry store. No communication and terrible attitudes by their representatives. Jean Dorfeuille
Excellent experience ordering from Super Jeweler. Ring was ordered on 1/26/25 with promised shipping on 1/29/25. Received ring on 1/30/25. The sapphire ring is my birthstone and very pretty. It's a perfect fit

My experience has been smooth, however, reputable jewelry companies send a certificate of authenticity with such a huge purchase. I didn't receive that making me wonder if Diamond is legit. Placed the order. Ordered delivered. This is the first time I have been asked to rate my experience in awhile. Just wish when orders are placed there would be a confirmation email sent but things change. Now I know why this rating is important. Because I called about the $5 gift cards.
Honestly we were skeptical at first but after a year or so of looking at their website finally decided to make a purchase and we are 100% glad we did I love my new ring it's absolutely beautiful and just as described! Shipping was extremely fast and I was glad to see that they made sure we signed for it. We will definitely be making future purchases here and recommending everyone we know!

Not a very impressive piece, these "ruby" studs in "gold." The offer that made them appear they were marked down from around $300 is shameful if not deceitful. Still, I suppose I should have known better, shouldn't I?
Beautiful earrings but I will be returning them because they look so much like my moissanite earrings. In addition, the setting was not a basket setting.

I purchased a pair of earrings for each of 2 granddaughters. I don't know a lot about diamonds but these are very pretty. Without taking them to a jeweler, it's hard to say if the quality is what was described in the website. I guess time will tell.
