This is my second order and I've been impressed with the speed of delivery and the customer service. I did have quite a bit of shedding on the first brush but seems to have settled down and hopefully they'll be no more
Amazing website and app. The app really takes it to another level. You get bombarded with a lot of deals and savings so beware, you'll be tempted to make a few purchases.

After spending close to $100 they sent email saying the wig is not available it will take 30 days to make…WHAT? And I also I also wanted the BOGO deal but one wig was removed from order they told I didn't use the right code. So after several emails, text and threats I finally received my product! It was super upsetting and I'm a first timer here. They need someone who speaks fluent English and not try to come up or scam anyone. I had to tell the truth
I am happy to receive the wig, delivery was fast and easy to track. It's lovely, the unit is little more blonde than brown as advertised and a lot smaller/tighter fit then I thought it would be but I'll get used to it. The ordering process was a bit lengthy and it took multiple attempts to order it through Klarna UK. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would order again.
The orders are just like what is advertised, no exaggeration the quality in the products are amazing and is worth the price, the customer service is great aswell they helped me with my problem when my delivery hot delivered to another address.
It was easy to search for what I was looking for but my overall experience will be decided on when I receive my item then I will change my star rating

The website was detailed and informative with each wig. Extra details from the beginning on all options, pros and cons, upgrades with pictures to enhance knowledge. I wasn't guessing or unsure. Even reviews had pictures which were quite helpful and encouraging
When my wig arrived, it was so beautiful! I got the pre-everything (13 x 4) and trust me it is true to its description! The wig looked layed, sleek. I absolutely love it
I placed an order it was never received I emailed the company and later was emailed back with the answer of they don't have a tat and that if I take a 22 inch that it can be shipped out in 24 hours and that the 24 inch was under construction without a shipping date. I haven't heard anything back and I just wanted others to understand that you should just be careful!

The site i'm not happy with the site pushing to get the app. I did not find this site via app. I want to just make an order. Receive updates on the order by way of email period I would make purchases again because the merchandise is good.but payment route not user friendly.
