We were using another software for our fitness gym for the last 5 years and always had issues. Wellyx has been fantastic for our business. Wellyx is half the price compared to what we were previously paying and has alot more features. The software is easy to use, and the onboarding and support team have been very good throughout the process. My onboarding specialist was Rebecca and she was very helpful. I am very happy to recommend Wellyx.

They lured us in with cheap pricing but only to find out they are completely unorganized, don't care, and continued to charge us weeks after trying to cancel. Software looks good on the outside but so many duplicate efforts to get anything done inside -- time consuming and frustrating - but the support is the most frustrating thing I've encountered as they are quick to smile and acknowledge you but don't care to take action to help you, including with a simple cancelation notice; and they have taken weeks to cancel us but continue to charge. Beware of Wellyx. Wellyx gym software management seems so scammy. Reviews seem scammy and overdone, LinkedIn profiles don't respond, including owners; support is offshore and doesn't respond well or actually help you with action. Beware.

What was the best part about using Wellyx?
The experience of using this software is 100% fantastic. The ease of using the customer app is satisfying customers. The availability of staff app is increasing the productivity of employees. Other features like access control, forms and waivers, booking management, payment management, and more are outstanding. If I have to mention my favourite thing about Wellyx then I will definitely vote for customer service.

What would you change about your experience with Wellyx?
All software solutions need to be upgraded after some time. But right now I believe this software is well-equipped and can work efficiently for any dance studio.

I can say that it can manage all the tasks with a single click. Very user-friendly, easy to use, and inexpensive software I have ever used. Not sure, everything is fine and perfect. Bug error should be removed. And best support team you will ever see.
