I must say that what started off as an awful experience, changed to a heart warming & positive one. I am super impressed with Fendi's president Americas & more so Amanda Whiting, VP retail sales. The personal touch & prompt communication was very impressive especially coming right from top! I guess that's what makes it a brand that it is! Thank you the awesome ladies at Fendi!
I lodged a complaint about the quality of a Fendi product. On 13 August 2022 I ordered a pair of Fendi Flo sneakers online for my husband. Less than a month later the shoes are already pulling apart... all of it. This is not due to normal wear and tear.
Up until now... no word from them... nothing.
They're happy to take your money as long as you don't complain. Never again.

It's day 26 since I ordered the product from Fendi online store still no updates on the order. Basically they took the money and never shipped the shoes. I've been calling North American customer service for 3 weeks now and they been saying issue has been escalated. They don't know who or which department. Be aware before buying anything from their online store that you will be left alone with no support if any issues.
Horrible experience from start to finish!
I ordered a $6000 handbag plus sweater and it took a few weeks to arrive. When the items did finally arrive, the box was all but destroyed! Their packing department had the temerity to just throw two very costly items in a box with ZERO lining or protection!
Who on earth dumps a $6000 handbag in a an oversized box with no interior box or lining to protect it? No wonder the bag and sweater arrived in a trashed state! No wonder the box was literally falling apart too!
Shame on Fendi and your absolute arrogance!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Wow I am blown away, for this prices this horrible service! Walmart does better job! I never had issue like this with any other luxury brand. I will never buy anything that I'd Fendi horrible.
I purchased a bag and a strap for the bag. I didn't realize until I got to the hotel that the items were not in the box. I return the following day to get my items gift boxes. I was given a box too big for the bag and no box for the stray. I wish I would have returned them back. What a bad experience. Never again I will purchase Fendi.
I placed an order and while I did not receive the item, the customer service team was attentive and provided an immediate response and timeline. I am looking forward to getting the item and very thankful for thier service team.
