Very bad experience with YSL and bad quality of leather. We trust the leather and pay more money.
But the quality had came down.
Recently had to take the bag to the store and they are charging me 150 bucks for repair, when I still have my warranty.

I got a bag from YSL I wore it almost four times, i take excellent care of it that I each time I wear it I wrap it back in the foam cover and then in its cloth bag and back to its box. I have other luxuries brands that I care the same way, because I am a meticulous person. After exactly a year worn only few times I discovered a third coming out of the bag. I addressed the company requesting an exchange as it is obvious a manufacturing deficiency but unfortunately, they did nothing about. I found zero support from them, they were so aggressive and inconsiderate. Any other luxury brand would have sorted out the problem to satisfy the customer, they would have even sent gift and apologies. Ysl doesn't care about customers, you pay them $$$$$ and then they don't care what happen to you afterwards. I got a bag with manufacturing defect, they should be exchange this asap.
I kept my bag really very well, only used a few times, the belt already broke and the colour of the zipper went off. After sending it to the repair centre for a few months, they told me to pay an additional 150 euro for repair since it is out of 2 years guarantee. I am so regret of my purchase, will never buy YSL bag again
I ordered 2 clutches for my daughter's birthday got 1 that did not fit the size description on the website the other never arrived they send me a fist box with no clutch in it $695 gone plus tax I called told them I received the box's with one bag and a phone case in one they said fedex tampered with the box they said this happens all the time so why not refund my money. Im contact the bbb this is not right send me a bag that I paid for or a replacement
The customer service response is taking forever. The worst I said for a well known company. My package has redirected back due to missing house number which unusual when paid with PayPal. However I was trying to reach them by emailing them thrice. It's been 4days and yet I haven't heard any response from them.
I've also contacted auspost, and they responded at same day! Definitely I won't shop from them anymore.
I recently purchased the YSL Cassandra sandals, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. Additionally, I find it concerning that YSL does not allow customers to provide reviews and feedback on their products, which could help other customers avoid similar experiences. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from YSL, and I plan to take my business elsewhere.
I love window shopping the Yves Saint Laurent page as they have the most amazing designs. I have my eye on a pair of the red booties that I am saving up for. But I still love perusing all of the other fashions in the meantime. They are all investment pieces that will always be classic!

Have purchased a shoe from Houston, YSL store. After one wear (2 days after purchase), the heel got scuffed. Not sure was a damage item or not but took it for repair. They said they will rush it since I was traveling. After 2 weeks store manager PETER said I have to wait for 6 months for them to send out and get the heel repaired. 6 months? I just bought the shoe. PETER was not helpful at all, did not care, I asked for his manager, he gave me 1800 number to call and they were not able to help since they confirm with the store manager/PETER. I would never ever will shop from that store again. Why should we, when we can buy from neiman marcus and Saks 5th ave. My mistake worst Customer service ever. If I could give less than zero I would.
I ordered two perfumes for a birthday gift (too bad i ordered and go disappointed) didn't receive any email stating the items were shipped or anything. I call the customer service which is a hell just reaching out and speaking to someone, after i got lucky and found someone i explained the problem, the half sleepy customer service tells me straight check with your neighbors and call us back! Wtf i already did that and i tell her that she didn't wanna believe me and upon asking to transferred to a supervisor she kept insisting the supervisor will tell me the something! Finally she asks she will file a claim with the shipping company and will take two weeks! Wtf is this customer service now i have to wait and god knows how will they take care of the problem if the have such customer service! Why is that that the biggest companies have the trashiest customer service!
